Hello.We are WESTBALL FAMILY BAND.

WESTBALL FAMILY BAND ,based in Tokyo, Japan, is engaged in music activities such as delivering music on the internet to the whole world.
Until now we have released songs out on the music label “WESTBALL FAMILY” that we established by ourselves.

The band consists of 3 members who have been longtime musical partners.
In our twenties, each of us was devoting our efforts on band or solo activities. We were also engaged in such activities as supporting musicians for performances and recording of other various musician groups.
Tomohiro Asano, representing the label and singing as a vocal of our band, has even experienced his solo debut from a major label in Japan.

Starting to work as musicians, we came to have a variety of doubts about the Japanese music industry as commercial business: ”What does it mean to be real music for…?”.This question created in us a desire to express what we want to communicate as it is in its original sound of music, and the desire motivated us to form our band and set up our independent label as well.

We have been doing all the process from a role as producers, productions to sales by ourselves, which has made it possible for us to express what we’d really like to communicate just in the original form of sound and deliver it to all over the world.

Our music activities, based in Japan, are limited to Japan. But we’d like people from many countries to enjoy listening to our music.
